baked goodsAre the products made fresh upon my order?
Yes, as soon as we receive your order we will bake your product from scratch in accordance with our delivery schedule.

How do you pack and ship your products?
Cakes and Cheesecakes are frozen and packed in custom designed boxes with dry ice or ice packs. Just defrost them and they are ready to be enjoyed.

All other products are securely packed but not frozen. You will be able to consume them at the time of arrival. We include a card with separate handling instructions for each product you order.

We use UPS, FedEX, and USPS depending on the location of the delivery and on how fast the product has to arrive. For detailed shipping information, see Shipping.

Do your baked goods contain nuts?
Some of our products contain nuts. Should you have any allergies to nut products please be aware that we use equipment that processes nuts and that there might be residues in your particular product. If you are allergic to nuts we recommend that you do not order products from us.

Do I have a guarantee if the product arrives damaged or not consumable?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our products. Simply call our number (805) 966-3504 and report your problem within 3 days of receipt of the damaged product.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do you guarantee shipments on time?
We can only guarantee that the products are shipped by us on time. Should there be an unforeseen problem with the shipping company or if you have given us an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for late or non-arrivals. Please let us know if you have not received your order when it was expected.
