Shipping
All Santa Barbara Baking Company products are baked fresh before we ship them to the customer. We take special care to package each product in order to avoid breakage or spillage during the shipping process. We ship each product according to the customer's request so that the product arrives on the day it is needed. Please refer to our shipping schedule so that you can be sure that your product arrives on the day that you prefer.
Pretzels are placed in cellophane bags to keep them soft and are shipped 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day. We recommend reheating the pretzels and pretzel sticks for a few minutes in a conventional baking oven or toaster oven. All left over pretzels should be stored in the freezer and baked when needed. Placed in the freezer, Santa Barbara Baking Company pretzels will last for up to 2 months.
Our speciality Christmas Stollen is shipped up to the 3rd day. Because of its unique texture and baking process, our signature Christmas Stollen will last for up to 2 months.
